Bitwine is an online community of expert advisors and coaches where individuals can
request advice for a consulting or coaching fee. The initial session or phase of
the session is free and thereafter a client pays either a fixed rate or a rate per
minute.

There is a browser-based Instant Messaging platform via which clients can meet with
experts and evaluate whether or not that particular expert is a good fit for them.
Once a client has decided that they want to continue a session or book a session
with a coach or advisor then there is the option to switch the session to a regular
phone or to use Skype.

The secure system is set up so that clients\' personal details such as phone numbers
are kept confidential. The phone system that interfaces with Bitwine connects
